Hmm, I guess I could write any spoiler about this episode and it wouldn’t be a spoiler at all. If you’ve watched one episode, you’ve watched them all. In this episode, Tsukune has some fun with the mathematics teacher. Obviously, she gets her ass kicked by Moka after Tsukune removes her rosary. The total lack of plot and background story is truly quite impressive.
The raw is crapping out on me, so I can’t seem to get screenshots. Oh well.

Indeed.

Thanks again for the great job m33w! And happy that your site is on-line π i thought you were dead…
But this true non-sense that is R+V is quite surprising indeed. I have watched all the eps until now and still can’t say what exactly i like about these plot less series, but there is SOMETHINg..but what….? just makes me to scratch my head and wait till the next episode π
4:46 am on February 29th, 2008
Hmm, yeah, it’s like watching Tom and Jerry.
5:45 am on February 29th, 2008
Well, I hope that R+V gets a bit more background + story since the manga is pretty nice and not that funny. Tsukune will get some nice abilities and I hope in the anime too btw thanks for subbing this even if this is not an exellent series.(Up til now…)

Well, I just think it’s going down the same road as Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun. Half of the eps of that series was noncense too. Still had a decent plot given that it really started around episode 9 and had to cram everything in like 4 eps. So there is hope… I hope

Hey come on guys you are being to harsh this anime is basicly for relaxation its with simple plot with alot of fan service that’s all,HOWEVER i dont know the reason i like it aswell ahaha :D.
m33w thanks again great job π
Btw in the next episode if the anime follow’s at least a little the manga Tsukune will get powers tho seeing that all the girls went berserk when they saw Tsukune dead kinda makes me feel that this might not happen.

R+V is doing it wrong then =(
1:34 pm on February 29th, 2008
the manga is much better, and indeed r+v has no plot but i like it because of that, its like some1 mentioned earlier, kind of how Tom and Jerry has no plot but every1 has watched it

Rosario to Vampire has the basic “sitcom” effect. Where a group of enjoyable, and attractive characters are placed into “novel” or new situations that presents a sort-of pretentious “per episode” plot. That is to say, the plot extends for the episode only and is generally thin or weak, though the later episodes will have a general theme and conflict to them, which is story-like. Furthermore, like American sitcoms, it’s designed to only for superficial appeal, not for intense intellectual stimulation. It’s brain candy, and has an addictive quality without a mounting amount of substance. But, yes, the reason I wrote this much is because this was the obvious intent of the writers of the series, and if you’re watching the show, they’ve obviously done a decent job with it.

I actually liked this episode, I do think that ep 6+7 was kinda lame, but I’ve liked the other episodes sofar.
I was happy to see tsukune actually remove the rosary on purpose for once, instead of some super convenient accidental trip-and-grap-for-the-nearest-object-which-just-happens-to-be-the-rosary action.
Ps: I always watch R+V first thing in the morning on weekends, gives the braincells a nice ~20 mins to wakeup.
Gief more, plx. ^^

sometimes u don’t need a plot to have a great anime. This is one good example. Thanks for the upload m33w!

@strider yeap another good example is Azumanga Diaoh

u cant rely compare r+v 2 ninomiya… that had some sorta plot with the episoides… this its just the same usual… tsukune doing something stupid… moka and co comes 2 the rescue… tsukune pulls off mokas rosary… moka kicks arse… the end…
whats getting really boring is the bit when moka transforms… -_-
on the other hand that hamster bat is hella funny π
7:25 pm on March 1st, 2008
the hamster bat was cute :D! .
i’d like to see when they transform into their monster @ the opening ,
8:46 am on March 4th, 2008
Well, Lucky Star is one with no plot and all comedy that make you forget that this is based on 4-komas.
Whoa! What’s with the “bondage” flavor with Yukari π
10:40 pm on March 4th, 2008
gThe total lack of plot and background story is truly quite impressive.h
Yes, But, I still love this show for some odd, whacky reason… π
4:50 pm on March 7th, 2008
i swear rosario to vampire manga is so much cooler!!
tsukune kicks ass in manga. not gonna say any spoilers so just go read the manga. if you wanna no the site, google: “one manga”

Wow, the fight scene was extremely short. xP
Doesn’t really matter if the story isn’t that good. It’s still great for some reason. No heavy thinking involved.
