Kimikiss is one of my favourite shows, so I decided to write a little about it to promote it. The entire series is 24 episodes long and has recently ended. The final subbed episode should be coming from BSS soon.

The story revolves around three friends, Mao, Kouichi and Kazuki. And also the many friends around them. It was a long journey for them to finally come to terms with their feelings and be honest with themselves. I was so happy with the ending that I just had to write about it. Six months of frustration comes to a satisfying end.

As you all probably know, m.3.3.w does mainly romance and drama series, and you guys might be a fan of the genre. Kimikiss is a show I recommend if you enjoy high school romance. And the PS2 game great too.

Ending was good but I still think Sanada made the wrong choice…sorry for being a ‘pure-love’ ideologist

    p.s.
    Futami-san is the best!

Despite the embarrassingly stupid name it’s a very good anime!

    I recommend it!

I support the kimikiss movement. I’ve been following this show for a while now and I’d definitely recommend it.

KimiKiss is awesome, and so is the manga KimiKiss -Various Heroines-

The manga is completely different from the anime counter-part.

But it basically just shows tales if Kouichi ever got Mao, Hoshino, Sakino, etc….(usually the length of the chapters to focus on one of the characters are about 8 chaps and below.)

Ending of KimiKiss terrific. I got what I wanted although it was a cliche from other romance animes. Still, Mao/Kouichi ^_^

I really like how it ended. Great music, great atmosphere. I feel sad though for the ones who were left alone. But still one of the best lovu-lovu animes ive watched.I think I will definitely get the DVD when it’s out.

For me, what made Kimikiss a winner was Futami Eriko. Plus, Aihara Kazuki was determined and strong-willed too, which made him a pretty good male lead. I’m a bit disappointed that Eriko didn’t get more air-time throughout the series, but I’m happy with how it ended.

Even without seeing the ending to True Tears yet, I’d definitely say Kimikiss is the best drama anime so far to end this season imo. Nobody had to die to get that dramatic effect. Felt sorry for Sakino & Hoshino, especially being dumped at the last second, but at least they both understood they weren’t meant for Kazuki & Kouichi, respectively. Not to sound contradicting, but Mao left the most impression for me. She was the strong, energetic type & eventhough she liked Kouichi, she didn’t meddle between him & Hoshino. Futami was too much of a downer till the end, but was finally rescued/caught by Kazuki (who’s only a 2ndary male lead, btw). The only good thing about the series ending is that there are no more udon & frogs!

Plenty of spoilers above, huh. I’m fine with how it ended, but I always liked Hoshino better than Mao. Kimikiss is similar to School Days in a way though.

To me, True Tears> kimikiss. Moreover, it seems that sanada chooses mao…
So, I will no longer watch the end of this anime ( i have stoped watching kimikiss at ep 16 cuz too much others animes to watch lol and i don’t like mao either :p , hoshino ftw)

What I found really great about this anime is how they decided to create two male leads, when originally there was only one. This allowed them to show two outcomes at once, and they did it beautifully.

And for the record, I’ll just say that Mao is my favourite of the four main girls. >;p
