This episode is the Chiaki episode, hottest grandma that I know. It’s a more light-hearted episode and less of that depressing stuff. Loli Fumika in a hot spring too, mmm.

Hate to sound like a broken record (well, to update it to today’s vernacular, corrupted mp3 file;)), but has the completion of the Himesama Goyoujin series finally been put to sleep the way of the HD-DVD? Don’t want to bug people or sound ungrateful, but we should at least try to get a sense of closure by letting it crossover in peace & hold a few moments of silence & a funeral:( I’m probably the only 1 left who’s still interested so I’ll be sure & light a candle. Himesama Goyoujin, you will be missed.
BTW, whatever happened to KgNENS? I thought that the 2nd OVA was supposed to be released on Feb, but I still haven’t found a raw floating around (& it’s almost time for the 3rd on 3/25).

As sweet & light heartened as this episode is supposed to be, I just have to say, it kinda feels weird. Saizo would’ve been eventually charged with statutory rape if they lived in the US. I know it’s nice that he was loyal & all, but come on, look at their height & age 50 yrs ago? Just how old was Chiaki when she died anyway? Saizo looked like he was old enough to be Chiaki’s father. Well, that’s kinda acceptable in the US if the guy’s rich &/ a dirty old man who wants a young, beautiful trophy wife, but not when they look or are underage. lol
