The show all of you have been waiting for. Only two more episodes left as it ends at episode 13. The Nakagami family hastily prepares for the Mugiha Festival which will be celebrated in three days time. Shin finalises his dance steps and the other Nakagamis sell a lot of booze. However, things have not been going to well with Shin x Noe. Will Noe be able to fly?

We’re coming close to the end of the season. H2O and Shigofumi end next week. True Tears ends in two. Another show I’m closely following, Kimikiss, is ending in two weeks too. I sure hope Futami wins -_- It’s going to be a huge blow watching that show for six straight months only to see her lose : /
I’d like to thank you all for your support. With our new translation checker hired mid-season this season, hopefully our quality has gone up a bit. We apologise for whatever mistakes we made along the way.
Anyways, the point of this section here is to announce what we’re doing next season. From the list of shows next season, we have a good idea of what we’re going to do. We are NOT going to do Kanokon or To Love Ru. Those will be handled by our friends at #Ayako. As you know, we’re currently doing Rosario Vampire with them, and we also occasionally help out with KimiAru.
I can confirm that we’ll be doing Itazura na Kiss. It’s an adaptation of a shoujo manga about a bimbo and a boy genius. The manga spans an insane amount of volumes, but unfortunately, was never completed because of the author’s death. I believe that it will last at least 24 episodes because of the amount of material. If the show is popular, I guess it could go even up to 50 over episodes easily.
The second show we might be doing, unconfirmed, is Special A. It will be 24 episodes long, so we have to plan it properly. We’ll decide once we see the first episode and see if it’s good enough for us to dedicate six months to it.
And yes, we’re still working on Koharu Biyori.

Shigofumi ends at 12, I believe. We’re one week slow on Shigofumi. Episode 11 has already aired (same time as True Tears), and from the episode preview, I’m guessing 12 is the last. i.e. because there was no episode preview, lol.

It’s kinda funny that Bandai finally realized that people are broke & can’t afford their $40/2ep/DVD hostage price since they’re postponing releasing Shigofumi, True Tears & Sola. Heck, even Bluray doesn’t cost THAT much! The whole world’s economy (not just the US) is in the toilet right now so I guess common sense finally kicked in since they’re “reconsidering the overall release strategy of packaged
animation media in the United States and in the global marketplace.” I’m all for supporting the anime industry, but please make it reasonably priced enough that not only Bill Gates can afford it!

I agree, I don’t mind buying anime dvds for series I want to support (so far I am collecting Kanon and Gurren Laggan if it ever gets released). Bandai made a terrible mistake announcing the price for Shigofumi for $40 with only 2 episodes. I was actually thinking of supporting Shigofumi after the announcement of it getting licensed, but after Bandai’s price announcement, it shunned me away from ever purchasing anything from them (exception would be Lucky Star since I simply love that series). Hopefully they can release Shigofumi in 3 dvds with 4 episodes each and price it at around $25-30 per dvd (that seems to be the norm these days for anime at least)

Damn at the ending, but it seems Shin’ichiro is finally able to know his feelings in the end. I can’t really tell if he wants Noe or Hiromi, Although Noe confirms that he likes Hiromi, we have no idea if Shin’ichiro means that, yeah he kissed Hiromi but Hirmoi was the one that wanted to kiss him.
Ah, this is confusing me, Noe in this episode is so depressing, I wish Shin’ichiro would just go with Noe. I hope for the best in the next episode.

Bandai Entertainment is a US based company that licences anime series produced by other compnaies and sells then in North America.
