Here is episode 15 of Itazura na Kiss. Special A 15 should be out either later today or tomorrow. There are a lot of signs to typeset, which is what’s causing the delay.
Additional notes from xess: We left out subs for the English dialogue intentionally. I feel that there’s no point subbing it. If you’re hearing impaired then I apologise. If you’re playing the video with no volume, well, then you shouldn’t. This also gives you a chance to feel proud that you’ll be able to understand the dialogue where a typical Japanese viewer might not. And lastly, this gives the subbers for other languages a chance to do some work. Do the Chinese subbers translate the English dialogue by the way?

For the most part its really easy, one guy talking even sounded damn close to a native English speaker.
Also GOGO KOTOKO, it only took her 5 years but she finally got to do this and that with him.

Irie repeats what was said by dude.

It’s kinda funny how Takumi used his pimp hand to smack his wife Mari into quitting husband sniping;) lol
I guess I was right about them doing an ep for Kinnosuke & Chris. From the preview, it seems like he’s gonna finally forget about Kotoko & go after Chris next ep. Maybe it’s Sudou & Matsumoto next? Maybe Satomi & Jinko will finally have their own bfs?
About the awful English accents, people are just peeved. Even I speak with an accent, but thank goodness it’s not THAT thick. It’s like people getting annoyed when they call customer service or tech support then get someone with an Indian accent because they can’t understand since it’s thick or broken. Just try & cut them a little slack. Bless them, but at least they are trying;) I bet you we sound the same way (maybe even worse) to them when we speak Japanese.

The original Japanese broadcast was never created with the intention of people taking it and subbing it for english release so really they are trying to create an english speaking atmosphere for the Japanese viewers. I had no problem understanding what they were saying and like somebody mentioned I think we should appreciate them even trying.
I mean sure that can’t pass for regular english but think about one of us going over their trying to speak japanese in a fluent way. I am sure they are thrilled that people even try.

Most probably, voice actors barely reach high school level when it comes to English. Well, at least viewers understand what they say with little effort.
When VA have to speak French, German, Russian or any other language they certainly never learnt nor heard before, that’s like they used google translator twice (jap -> eng -> other) and tried (but utterly failed) to guess how it’s pronounced. It doesn’t even compare to engrish, so don’t bitch too much about not so good English.

Will you be releasing a .torrent file containing all the episodes of ItaKissu? It’d be useful for chaps who want to download the complete series after it’s finished airing, and you lot have finished subbing it.

That was the most anti-climatic “first time” scene EVERRR. It should’ve been more awkward, considering Kotoko’s super low self esteem :/
