Here is Itazura na Kiss 23. Things are finally heating up. Much to my delight, Matsumoto Yuuko was a big focus in this episode.
Yes, we know that Osu released a speedsub of SA 24. I don’t really care if you watch it or not. If you want to watch a crappy speedsub, be my guest.

Thanks so much for Itakiss 23.
I’ll be waiting for S.A. 24.
Quality over speed.
7:24 pm on September 17th, 2008
Thanx for the hard work for Itakiss 23, good job *thumbs up*
But of course I’ll wait for your good version of S.A., I started with m33w and I’ll finish it with m33w. ^^
7:37 pm on September 17th, 2008
Yay! Thanks for the release.

7:42 pm on September 17th, 2008
Thank you~
And I’ll be waiting for your sub of SA 24 π
7:50 pm on September 17th, 2008
Mahalo!! I’m happy itakiss is extending the story a bit, ’cause the manga ends similar to the way ep 22 ended.
I’ll be patient and wait for your SA. It’s very tempting, but I watched the raw, so I can wait.
7:59 pm on September 17th, 2008
Thanks Guys..!!
Waitting for SA 24..^^
8:16 pm on September 17th, 2008
yay for itazura ^^, ummm don’t really give a damn about speed subs =/ i want to watch good quitly anime =P w/ good finish subs lol xDD anyways keep up to great work ^^
and thanks =]
8:28 pm on September 17th, 2008
great job. love the release, always making my day.
like many have said, lol to speed subs. i don’t think any of us would even bother with speedsubs if we know that a group such as yourself, who does great work, is doing it as well.
8:47 pm on September 17th, 2008
I checked out the one from the other group and it is really bad. Bad grammar, mispellings and they even at least once (maybe more, I didn’t watch the whole thing) left a blank where they couldn’t translate something.
Quality is worth it.
can’t wait fir Itazra 24, wonder what they are foreshadowing in the end and preview. I’m watching the raws for sure when it comes out.
8:54 pm on September 17th, 2008
>___>
<___<
Yay!
8:55 pm on September 17th, 2008
Honestly, they are just there to grab all the viewer’s attention. I don’t credit them for translating the last episode though. Kudos to m.3.3.w for all your hard work!
I was wondering if you guys might aim for Toradora!, Skip Beat! or Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka this coming October?
I guess I’ll have to stick around here for more.
I’ll look forward to your future projects.
9:06 pm on September 17th, 2008
Thanks for Itazura 23! ;P
9:23 pm on September 17th, 2008
RAA RAAA fight the speedsu….POWA
9:24 pm on September 17th, 2008
Awesomes! Thanks!
10:09 pm on September 17th, 2008
Thank-you!! <3
10:36 pm on September 17th, 2008
wow tun, i’m a bit surprised… it’s not like you to put down another fansubbing group, regardless of quality…
anyway, thanks for the hard work as always…
11:08 pm on September 17th, 2008
Just for that, I’m totally not going to watch the speedsub. I will stubbornly wait for the release from the cool subbers.
11:20 pm on September 17th, 2008
Thanks a lot ! You guys do a really good job and yes, i’ll be waiting for S.A 24 from your subs, because I know it will be perfect π
Continue de good work !!
11:43 pm on September 17th, 2008
Everyone is waiting for your subs, it’s not only the speed that matters, it’s the picture and sub quality that really matters, oh, yeah almost forgot, we’ve been watching yours from the beginning, must be hard to change and get used to other way of subbing, somthing like: megumichart : “me too” on top and not in the chart
11:43 pm on September 17th, 2008
Tiexandrea, I have my limits too.
11:50 pm on September 17th, 2008
@tun : Yeah… I have my limits too lol
I am a bit annoyed after I saw the released of SA 24 from the speed subs but well, m.3.3.w ftw
For the people of quality subs; yeah Quality rocks… So, finish it up with the quality group π
11:55 pm on September 17th, 2008
Wow it’s here already!
and no way I’m watching the speedsubs, I only watch subs by m.3.3.w, plus I don’t want S.A. to end so I don’t mind waiting a little longer π
Thanks for all the hard work!!
12:11 am on September 18th, 2008
I didnt even know that S.A. 24 even came out. I like everyone else would rather have quality over a crappy speed release. So you guys take your time and do what you guys do best.
12:17 am on September 18th, 2008
Someone released S.A earlier but I didnt even bother to watch it. I’ll just wait for m.3.3.w quality version π and thx for itazura.
12:19 am on September 18th, 2008
That’s true: sticking to you guys for Special A to the end.
@West31 I didn’t knoe Special A 24 was out for subbing either
Quality subs only ^_^
2:05 am on September 18th, 2008
ok i caved i had to watch the speed sub, but i will definatlly get your release for the keeper. and watch it as well.
yah im an instant gratification person,
2:35 am on September 18th, 2008
Thanks for the hard work! I always wait for your episodes instead of watching rubbish quality! π
3:20 am on September 18th, 2008
Thank you for itazura but you guys r crying like bitches. All these faggs have downloaded the OSU version of SA and is not as bad as these fagg liars says here. THX OSU 4 SA we r waiting the OSU version of itazura n Haruka without gay excuses of raw shit. NO MORE LIES BITCHES!!!
3:30 am on September 18th, 2008
osu! do a nice job (on znt) though
I just find it kinda lame to do a speedsub of the final episode of an anime another group is doing
It’s like “oh you did all the work, now we’ll try to steal the glory”
3:57 am on September 18th, 2008
Wow, we’re being accused of lying about raws now? People sure can rear their ugly heads when we’re a few days slower than we’ve normally been. Now, we don’t add a TVO logo to create some kinda conspiracy. If you don’t care about the complete absence of grammar, then feel free to watch the speed subs.
We spent six months working on S-A, going through all the Megumi signs, and for this to be done? It’s extremely rude to say the least. I don’t know any other group who have done ONLY the last episode to spite others.
Let it be known that next season, we’ll revert back to speed. No typesetting, no kara, no QC. That’s what people want, that’s what people will get. All these extra things we do are just a waste of time. No one really cares about it anyway.
4:03 am on September 18th, 2008
m33w, thank you for the itazura na kiss release. π
@Iori Yagami
well, we can all guess where you’re coming from, can’t we? =_= i know the fansubbing world is a free world, but just like what greenie said, it’s absolutely pathetic to steal the limelight and undermine these good people’s efforts by subbing the last episode. it would have been ok if they were there from the beginning, competing with this group. or maybe even just subbing the series in the middle through to the end would have been acceptable. but the LAST EPISODE?! come on, who are we bullshitting here? so STFU and give credit where it is due. it just pisses me off to see ungrateful faggots like you ruining good intentions of fansubber groups.
truth be told i don’t really care that much about S.A (haven’t even watched two-thirds of the series, but i am downloading it to complete it). i haven’t downloaded any shitty-ass speedsub copy either.
4:19 am on September 18th, 2008
I like how the person complaining has even worse grammar than Osu’s subs. And here I was thinking that wasn’t possible. :p
4:22 am on September 18th, 2008
And yes, let it be known that next season, we’re doing this Chihiro-style. Fuck quality, and fuck ungrateful leechers. In fact, just to be even more of an ass, I don’t think I’m going to do XviD versions next season. You can thank Mr. Yagami for that one.
5:16 am on September 18th, 2008
Please dont do that xess π I really appreciate all the extra effort you put into your releases. I’ve never bin the type to jump at the next release just because it came a few days earlier. Like soul eater π Tadashi subs are the only ones I can tolerate for that show, and that same principal applies for all your releases. I’m a very loyal leecher that sticks with one group until they drop the project. Only reason why I even tolerate chihiro’s quality is because there the only group that was subbing sekirei lol.
5:31 am on September 18th, 2008
Thank you very much for everything, including this episode. =P
Down with speedsubs… Do not want.
6:05 am on September 18th, 2008
When I saw that release..I didn’t even care.
I thought “whoa! m33w subbed 24 already?!” then I saw it wasn’t…
I was like “mmmeehhh…gonna wait for m33w’s” then I returned to what I was doing. Lawl xDD
Anyways~ waii~ -downloads ItaKiss 23-
Thanks m.3.3.w! ^0^ β₯
6:16 am on September 18th, 2008
did you know that the manga of itazura na kiss ended like that because the author died? and that the animΓ© is supposed to have the planned ending?
6:40 am on September 18th, 2008
thanks a lot for the release!
i noticed that there is a small problem in the Xvid episode at 06:42. it’s not a serious problem, just a small glitch. i double checked the file’s CRC and it matched.
6:59 am on September 18th, 2008
@Xess & @Soichiro:
Do you guys honestly care what some retarded piss head who can’t even write properly thinks?
The way I see it, Fansubbing has no real advantage to the people that do it, it’s just a hobby and a desire to share what they like with others. So why the fuck do you care what some morons think?
Do what you want, fuck everyone else. You have no obligation to even sub let alone adhere to their wishes. I like your work as it is, but that doesn’t mean you have to listen to what I say either, rather, do what you guys really want to do.
Which ever way you go, I’ll be enjoying your subs next season as well.
Thanks for Ita 23, I’ll be waiting for SA:24 when it’s ready. π
7:36 am on September 18th, 2008
crappy speed sub π
π i’ll just wait π 4 m33w fansubs release:D
7:37 am on September 18th, 2008
Nah, we just like bitching about and scolding idiots. In the end, we still have to do what we feel is right. However, I am serious about cutting out things like TS and excessive QC in some of our future releases.
Those two things take two to three days, which is actually longer than what I’m personally comfortable with.
As for xvid releases, I can assure you that we will be doing those. The xvid release will always be the primary file for me. The h264 is an extra service for people with the luxury of fast computers. I can’t play many 720p h264 releases without desyncing, so there will be xvids. It’s a non-negotiable stance for me. And please don’t give me tips on how to run h264 files either.
8:07 am on September 18th, 2008
lovely episode.. thanks a lot
8:12 am on September 18th, 2008
tracker doesnt let me connect π
8:32 am on September 18th, 2008
I have the same problem….
Probably because the old anirena tracker was locked to switch to the new one…
10:09 am on September 18th, 2008
Indeed, fuck speedsubbing and long live the quality subs you guys give us !!
*patiently waiting for sa 24 and itakiss 24 and completely comfortable with it*
10:28 am on September 18th, 2008
Dammit! I should’ve dled the file early last night even without that many seeders. It’s useless connecting right now w/ anirena’s f’ked up tracker & just when the ratio was good too;(
I’m even so desperate that I’m even thinking about trying irc. Man, that just gives me the chills going back really old school DOS-like commands compared to just point & click torrent.
11:36 am on September 18th, 2008
“However, I am serious about cutting out things like TS and excessive QC in some of our future releases.”
it’s really a pity to hear it.. Pure English, best typesetting, kawaii karaoke subs, most precise time sync – the perfect m.3.3.w quality is what makes me cheerful and thankful to you with each new eppy you release.
And I really can’t understand people complaints about SA here.. and I was shocked to see such messages even in the Birthday post… people are rude and cruel these days(((
Anyway, I do really appreciate all your hard efforts you put into fansubbing every day. And I’m sure I’m not the only one with these feelings. Because this is something you do with your heart and many people feel it. So while you remain m.3.3.w, I strongly beleive that neither cutting out the TS nor anything else you feel is useless will never make your subs worse.
This is why I just want to thank you for another perfect release of Itazura! Doumo arigatou!
Gambatte neee!!! (^_^)
12:29 pm on September 18th, 2008
Finally finished dling & watching the ep & it was amazing & is definitely 1 of the most memorable moments so far! Thanks for subbing. It kinda flickered twice, but that might’ve been on the capping end (which occasionally happens when I use my DVR). I also liked the Kotoko’s foreboding cliffhanger preview, which makes you think, will there be infidelity or miscarriage?
12:54 pm on September 18th, 2008
Wtf~ I dunno whats wrg but when i dl’ed the torrent , my bitcomet client say it cant read it! i re-dl lots of time but its not working whats wrg xx’
12:54 pm on September 18th, 2008
Am I the only one who some why can’t download the XviD?
12:56 pm on September 18th, 2008
Guess not
1:17 pm on September 18th, 2008
for some reason the files are getting downloaded with .mkv or .avi extensions.
I trid adding .torrent to the end of the name, but that didnt work.
1:20 pm on September 18th, 2008
No I can’t download the xvid either…
1:20 pm on September 18th, 2008
OK so i found a site that links the torrent file through the anirena tracker and has the files as .torrent files and it works on utorrent, so here’s both versions of it: http://isohunt.com/torrents/?ihq=%5Bm.3.3.w%5D+Itazura+na+Kiss+23 just go there and download the torrent. If you guys don’t approve of this i’ll never do it again.
1:37 pm on September 18th, 2008
I can not download either version from the website
1:54 pm on September 18th, 2008
The tracker is down right now. That’s why the torrents don’t work. Please use baka-wolf direct downloads in the meantime.
http://brigade.baka-wolf.com/itazura-na-kiss/2962-anime-download-itazura-na-kiss.html
3:00 pm on September 18th, 2008
Thanks m33w! I’m enjoying InK along with S-A and Haruka. Great subs, so please don’t let one lame a** poster convince you otherwise.
A QC question on ep.23. I’m viewing the h264 release for all subs, but ep.23 of InK was the first time that I’ve seen what appears to be de-interlacing. The video is getting scrambled particularly around the subtitles. Anyone else having playback issues with ep.23.mkv?
3:15 pm on September 18th, 2008
@Tank252ca
I finally managed to watch the ep and I noticed no de-interlacing glitches in H264.. everything was smooth and perfect as usual for me..
ahh. I love these guys so much!! Thank you once again))) I’m so curious at what happens in the last eps… oh m… I wonder if they get twins after all))) and what’s the trial they supposed to have… it somewhat mreind me of Lovely Complex with Otani-Risa getting a trial in the last two eps too…
4:22 pm on September 18th, 2008
As someone mentioned earlier, the auther died before finishing Itazura, but she told her husband how it was going to end. they are using that for the ending of the anime.
I am wondering what the problems are that is foreshadowed at the end of 23. Infidelity (not enough time in one episode), miscarriage, will she die in childbirth? I’m guessing that she has a difficult pregnancy and delivery but will end well, with her holding he baby and Ire looking on proudly.
4:22 pm on September 18th, 2008
ts ts ts, even if its crappy, itΒ΄s not nice o say it π
Keep up your good work π
I will also wait for your sub.
6:36 pm on September 18th, 2008
I grabbed the ep.23 file from lolipower so it looks like their file might be corrupt. I d/l’d it again and even frame by frame the video gets garbled (tried on two different computers). I’ll try bakawolf or the torrent next and see if their copy is clean.
7:26 pm on September 18th, 2008
Iβll wait for your version of SA 24 ^O^ !!! You guys have a excellent traduction and quality too x3 !!!
I’ll wait patiently, m.3.3.w Fansub Rules x3 !!!
Greetings from Peru (far far far far away xD)
7:28 pm on September 18th, 2008
P.S. Sorry for my bad english -____-U (I should put translation instead of “traduction”), I’m spanish speaker after all u.u
8:07 pm on September 18th, 2008
Problem solved. The .mkv encode is fine. I’ve been using MPC with ffdshow for codec support and upgraded from the 2006-10-20 stable release to the 2008-09-08 beta of ffdshow and the problem went away. Odd that it worked fine for all of the other release. Any way, I’m anxiously awaiting the S-A final. (^_^)
8:28 pm on September 18th, 2008
All these people sucking your D’s, then one person makes a negative comment and you freak out. Calm down, people who only truly care about speed don’t waste their time reading the blog comments.
8:30 pm on September 18th, 2008
I agree with elle π
Hey, I didn’t know 24 was subbed yet until I read about it here though…Haha. But it’s not right to speed-sub JUST the last episode though.
I’m waiting for your m33w release…you’re the group I’ve been following all along…
Since I like subs with good timing, grammar and quality π Makes the anime that much better to watch :DD
Thanks you guys for your hard work!
10:35 pm on September 18th, 2008
tripledouble, guess what. yhbt. This is the internet. Serious business. YOU KNOW.
Although I do hate leechers and Xvid, I’m not seriously pissed enough to make any changes just because of Osu’s faggotry, so stop acting so high and mighty.
1:31 am on September 19th, 2008
Who cares about newbsubs. I watch M33W for high quality subs!
M33W For president!
2:16 am on September 19th, 2008
Hi, I found your blog on this new directory of WordPress Blogs at blackhatbootcamp.com/listofwordpressblogs. I dont know how your blog came up, must have been a typo, i duno. Anyways, I just clicked it and here I am. Your blog looks good. Have a nice day. James.
3:31 am on September 19th, 2008
About Special A
Keep up the good work. I really love your subs.
I have been watching anime for 6 years now and you are the first translation group that I really follow. before i just picked at random anime series.
But you guys are the best.
Just keep up with your policy of subbing
!!!!
I’m waiting for the m.3.3.w release
Thanks for all the good moments your have given me by subbing
12:36 pm on September 19th, 2008
First of all, thanks for the quality releases you are known for. Xess, please don’t lower the quality standards for the sake of getting a release out a day or two sooner. If I wanted crappy speedsubs, I hadn’t chosen m.3.3.w.
Hmm… I think I found a glitch in the current ItaKiss episode, though. At 06:24, there seems to be an decoding glitch in the lower third of the picture.
Since this happens both with FFDShow and CoreAVC, I don’t think it’s my codecs’ fault.
Has my download goofed up somehow, or is it a glitch in the file?
3:24 pm on September 19th, 2008
hey m.3.3.w no minasan..im really thankful for subbing itazura & SA.. so great! and of course im expecting the ep24 that will be released next week..XD and of course 2 more eps of itazura.. keep up the goodwork! love u guys!!
3:01 am on September 20th, 2008
Quality work, as always. Thank you so much
And I see that Ep24 RAW is already out. Looking forward to that as well
5:30 am on September 20th, 2008
when is episode 24 coming out?
9:31 pm on September 20th, 2008
I still got the same problem from everybody else about ITK 23. There’s a glitch on the .mkv file at 6:42. Picture scrambles a bit for a few seconds. I downloaded the latest K-Lite Codec Pack (the one released on 8-18-08). I used the torrent first then direct download at bakawolf. Still have the glitch in the file in torrent AND direct download. All past ITK eps were ok until 23.
12:47 am on September 21st, 2008
Quality = Something worth waiting for…. Just to let you guys know, I wasn’t even tempted to download the Osu release of Special A. I am waiting for the m.3.3.w version. Because it is guaranteed to play on my PS3 and the translation is 5x.
Those Osu folks are a bunch of f*****s!
12:13 pm on September 21st, 2008
Good job and thanks for all the subbing on ITK!
I downloaded ITK 23 XviD on IRC. There is still a glitch on 6:42. I downloaded the latest ffdshow codec ver 2110 and the picture still scrambles.
Araska’s post said the glitch still happens on ffdshow and CoreAVC.
Am I the only one with the problem about ITK 23 on XViD and H.264? Any ideas?
2:55 pm on September 21st, 2008
I confirm there’s a glitch at 6:42 when playing with KMPlayer’s internal codec. But it’s very short and I didn’t pay much attention to it at first.
3:32 pm on September 21st, 2008
Yes yes, the glitch is there no matter what player / codec you use. It’s not “just you” so stop worrying about it as if that were the case. They may release a v2, they may not. Who knows. If they do, great. If not, oh well. We’ll still live. It only lasts for 1.5 seconds. Not 2, not 3, just 1.5. So as annoying as it is, at least it’s not TERRIBLE.
3:45 pm on September 21st, 2008
Sorry about the glitch, but we will not be releasing a v2 just to fix that.
9:37 pm on September 21st, 2008
cant wait for itakiss 24….i really appreciate m33w fansubs…. yes definitely better than osu…i really cant wait…the raws are out…but ill just wait until m33w subs it. i wonder when tho,,, thnx m33w
