The following are confirmed shows
- Telepathy Shoujo Ran
Continuation from this season. No explanation necessary.
- Rosario + Vampire Capu2
This will be a continuation of our joint project with Ayako from the first season. So far I’ve heard very shitty reviews about the first episode, but I guess that was to be expected.
- Chaos;Head [ Link ]
This will be the first real departure from our normal genre of shows. You guys know that we mostly do daily life romance shows, but this one will be pretty different. You guys are just better off reading the Wikipedia page.
List of possible projects
- ToraDora!
This will depend on if another group is doing it. Hopefully they will let us know in a few days. m.3.3.w is very strongly opposed to oversubbing anime shows, because it’s a waste of our time and it doesn’t help leechers. As long as there is a group that we think can do a great job on it, we will let them do it.
- Hakushaku to Yousei
We’re thinking about this one. We’re gonna have to see the first episode though.
- Kannagi
This will be another “watch the first episode and see” decision.
- Yozakura Quartet
Same as the others.
- Kyou no Go no Ni (newly updated)
Last resort, etc…
Definitely not doing next season
- Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka
Another group that we respect is doing this show, so we feel that it is in good hands.
- Clannad After Story
Eclipse is doing this, so no need for us to do it.
- ef: a tale of melodies
Mango was just trolling Kristen (leader of Chihiro). Normally I would have green lighted this show, but Menclave did a great job on season 1, so I will expect them to do the same on season 2.
- To Aru Majutsu no Index
Same as Akane Iro.
- Junjou Romantica 2
Obviously we’re not doing this. Go to aarinfantasy if you want this.
- Skip Beat!
One of our staff members is doing this with another group, so we are not doing it out of respect. This looks like it’s gonna be Special A version 2, so I don’t want to do it anyway.
- Vampire Knight Guilty

Plenty of other groups from season 1 plan to do season 2. We don’t like jumping on a series if we don’t do the first season.

What? Not Mouryou no Hako (Goblin Box) which has already started in September? My thumbs up for Yozakura Quartet. After entering some odd shows in our review wiki, it looked the best that wasn’t another sequel to an existing show. Who’s doing Tytania? Kemeko Deluxe!? Kurogane no Linebarrels? Michiko to Hatchin which look like as fun as Coyote Ragtime Show.

Out of your maybe list I’m hoping Toradora follows the light novels because it would be great, if it doesn’t it’ll be ZnT level fail. The manga for Kannagi is a lot of fun so I see some hope there. And one that’s not on your list and seems to be flying under everyone’s radar is Kemeko Deluxe! I think it has the potential to be Seto no Hanayome level good, but thats just my two cents.

Awesome, was looking at chaos head for a while already added to my MAL profile as watching, so its great to hear you guys are doing it, along with shinsen and eclipse you guys fast became one of my most used groups, and for good reason, great shows and professional job(wonder if professional is right, i mean whenever i buy dvds the subs always seem worse than the fansubs, well you know what i meant by it, high quality and standards)
Also just want to say, although i know what you mean about chihiro, i dont think its fair to bash them for the work they did, i watched the avi of sekirei and yea a few errors and a few v2s, but even m.3.3.w sometimes have v2 releases. Also they werent the only group subbing sekirei.
Im happy with the other confirmed as well, Rosario was teh show that first brough me here, and as for ran im already counting the seconds til episode 14, i just cant wait.
Also added word of thanks for pretty much defining the list of shows i will watch in this coming season, i think only 2-3 of those listed didnt appeal to me, but will probably try anyway.
And lastly a huge thanks for this one, i really enjoyed it did seem a little short, but a good for me was no other romantic interest was really able to get in the way, which im glad as i hate interferance. Anyway thanks and keep up the good work.

what the heck was that ending on haruka? shiina just got quietly swept under the rug. sure, yuuto finally picked up on the connection with that magazine, but he never tells haruka. we can presume he would tell her eventually, but i was seriously waiting for that reaction from her since ep 2. ignoring that, it was pretty good. now i have to go on a hunt once again to figure out what to watch for another season.

It’s almost Oct so your April Fool’s joke is late by a few months, or early if you’re looking forward to the next year;) So ef really did get f’cked up? lol Chaos;Head sounds scary & pervy at the same time. Maybe I’m just thinkin’ bout another head? lol
I’ll be missing quite a few good series like Geass (absolutely terrific ending), Macross Frontier (kinda mishmashed all karaokes together, ending not that great), & Itakiss (as far as I’m concerned, I’m treating ep 24 as the final & the last 2 as omakes so that doesn’t ruin it for me). Somebody prepare the bedpan cuz it’s gonna be a long poo storm after this season. The only anime I’m looking forward to is Gundam 00 & a little bit of Nodame for musical romantic comedy.

on the chihiro being shite front all i can say is at least there not as bad as gg or bss they take the art of fansubbing and ruin everything that has ever been considered as skill or ability with there utterly rubbish subjobs and crappy footnotes that prove they have no real interest in the anime subbed except as a way to take the piss.

Thanks for your subbing. I’m looking forward to whatever project your going to do, since I usually watch all kinds of genre (except yaoi).
And why is there so much hatred for certain fansub group? I don’t mind a mistake here and there as long as I can still enjoy it. The fact that these fansub group doing what they do is just amazing regardless of the result.
Lastly, why are you doing Chaos;Head? I would imagine that at least some groups would pick it up, and even the genre somewhat different from what your group usually do. I’m not against it though.. just a bit curious. I’m definitely going to watch your Chaos;Head sub.. and Ran… and R+V2 ๐

Well, if you guys were counting on Chihiro to sub Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka, then I hope you heard they dropped it. That leaves Osu!, Mayu and one other (name escapes me atm) to do.
Would you guys mind taking it up? Chihiro dropping it meant that there will be no hardsubbed XviDs ๐ and some of us prefer that over .mkv and .mp4.
Unless of course, this is some lovely joke by Chihiro and you guys or whatever. >_<
