Hello fans,
here’s Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu R2J DVDs, Episodes 05 and 06. If you didn’t get eps01-04 yet, the OP/ED files are on those posts.
It uses Ordered Chapters so keep the files in one folder to be able to see the OP/ED.
Edit:
Sorry, I forgot to mux in the fonts, here’s the font that’s used in the main script, just put it in your Windows/Fonts folder and it will work automatically.

I never understand why fansub groups started doing that these days. I mean sure it’s nice to not have to put in the same OP and ED every single time and maybe a smaller file size for the actual video, but why not just include them?
I think it just feels more complete.
Anyway, I’ll be waiting for the batch.
I’m just glad that you guys actually picked up the DVD episodes.
After not so great TV fansubs for this series, I think I dropped watching it at like Episode 4 or so.
I’ll definitely keep an eye out for your DVD episode batch.

do you even understand what ordered chapters does? Cause if everything is set right, you won’t even notice that it is used. When you play the ep it will fluently switch between EP->OP->EP->ED->EP as if it’s all there in the file, like a ‘normal’ rip.
Also mostly the OP/ED takes most of the space of an episode. All the episodes would need at least 250MB per episode, to get about the same quality as you get now. So it saves lots of space.

correction, I didn’t include any font, I forgot, only 1 font is used, so I posted it on this post… No v2 for now, maybe in the final batch.

I’m not familiar with Ubuntu but you could mux the fonts in yourself. I did that with mkvtoolnix and it worked fine (and it didn’t even mess up the ordered chapters…)

How do I play ordered chapters with smplayer? I did have them saved to the same folder… It apparently isn’t something that “just works” though it didn’t bother me since smplayer has a playlist.

You need to add the font file to the “/etc/font” folder in your filesystem. You will need root access so copy the file and use this command in terminal: “sudo nautilus”(without the quotes) and navigate to the correct folder. Hope this helps.

I just took mkvmergeGUI and added the font as an attachment. Everything seems to be working as it should, ordered chapters and all.
If you release v2’s I’ll get them, but for anyone not wanting to deal with having an “external” font, just grab mkvtoolnix and add it to the files.
It was surprisingly easy and self-explanatory.

You could right click on the font and select install and it will send it to your windows fonts folder for you. This is for windows though… Don’t knowifit canbe done with other OSs.
I like it this way with the OP and ED away from the actual anime, makes a watching a breeze. I only like watching the ED an OP once. JAANE~ d(>.<)Thanx for the subs, there awesome!!!
