I have my last final of the semester today, so I’ve been busy studying for that instead of pushing this along. 😮 It’s in about 4 hours, so I’m gonna go study for it a little more. Rosario 07 should be out later today.
As for the actual episode, there was a bit of Engrish in there. You’ll see it when you get there, but we actually translated what Edgar said, as opposed to what was actually written.

@humole the Raw caps we get for Fairy are pretty damned bad. We have to filter them a lot and even then, it doesn’t fix everything. It’s being broadcast over the UHF stations in Area 11 which have notoriously bad QUALITY. Sorry about that, but we’re doing the best we can w/ what we get from Area 11…

Well just got in from work, so not watched it yet, i agree with humole, as long as the subs are good no-one has a right to complain, though getting something free, we dont have much of a right in the first place. If raws suck, they suck for everyone, but atleast we know the subs wont from you guys.
Also hope exams went well, would wish you good luck but expect you sat them already.

Wohoo, thank you, and I’m amazed that the subs come out so well actually, considering how poor the quality of the raws I can find. Well, there’s only so much you can do with a bad base material.

I believe some studios, for example this one doing Earl and Fairy, intentionally give poor sources to the broadcasters so that there’s more reason to buy the DVDs. Both Earl and Fairy and Chaos;Head air on the same channel, TeleTama, and that’s the raw we use for both shows. Notice the huge difference in picture quality. Unfortunately, it’s not something we can change.
