Just an normal update for those who are curious about m33w’s status:

However for the time being those who are curious here’s older projects that I still have in mind to get done, along with other interests, because I’m an old school translator.
Here are the following and their status updates:
– Cookin’ Idol Ai! Mai! Main! – (Something SpiegelEiXXL bought to my attention and fell in love with. Will pace myself with translation on this soonish.)
– Himesama Goyoujin DVDs – (All @ QC and TS, will not have tl notes littered all about, but will do a tl;dr reference/pun in the “Bored” section of this website)
– Getsumen To Heiki Miina DVDs – (All 11 + 2 SPs @ Typesetting. Hopefully won’t take another year.)
– Master of Epic – (Finishing up translation on the 6th out of 12 episodes. Expect a batch on that soonish, and DVD version to follow.)
– Rosario + Vampire ~Capu2~ – (All up to tun. Might have to abuse him later this upcoming week. Do have TSer supplied for doing both Seasons in DVD once he finishes Getsumen To Heiki Miina.)
Misc. Info:
– *Love Get Chu – (Because it hasn’t /still/ been finished yet by C1.)
– *Penguin Musume Heart – (For reasons /other/ then Chihiro.)
– *Koharu Biyori – (Personal fav, but rather lazy at it. Maybe inspired soon.)
– *Rakugo Tennyo Oyui – (Two reasons why it’s a fav: 1. The pink haired girl Yui, and her side-kick rich snobbish blonde. 2. The troubles she gets herself into. Let’s just pray I don’t fall asleep and manage to finish this as soon as possible, however it won’t :suck: as much when I did it with LIME Anime.)
– *Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou – (No comment. Kinda a knock off from Morning Musume tbqh. Shoddy 3d + good 2d. I think the song was the only thing that caught my attention. Quite easily influenced if it’s not utter crap. …Strange how I tend to pick up one or two shows to watch randomly when seeing ‘yu’ sub them.)
– *Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuutsu DVDs & Nyoroon Churuya-chan – (Combined projects with plans to follow up with Yuki to finish this up soonish.)
*Mind you these are in no particular order… Just shit that needs to get done when it can get done.
…Can’t think of anything else but this was like a random rant/update (Personally, it might not of been a rant however…) at the same time, but we don’t find something this fall (Sequels R’ Us + Shoddy animation & Shitty plot…) we’ll come up with something for you chaps in the winter.
Don’t fret we’re not down for the count yet! Nor will we ever be!

@ Anon: no one is currently working on the Munto film. Fan interest seemed relatively low, and motivation among staff members was lower.
@ qq: We care because they have licensed the show. If they were just subbing them, w/o license, we’d have no problems competing.
@ Everyone else: What do people think about us doing Kimi ni Todoke, assuming it’s any good (which I’m very unsure on)? Actually, heck, opening up the flood-gates — are there any shows (QUALIFICATION: it should be the type of show that we would normally work on — i.e. we’re not doing the ‘kin Bleach movie, kthx) you’d like to see us do?

With this, I guess It is safe for me to say m.3.3.w is pretty much a “gone case” now. Why? I think the probability for any upcoming series that not good enough to be taken by any reputable group like AnimeOne/AnyYoshi/Ayako/Frostii/Anbu/Eclipse and so on, yet are not bad enough to be label craps by m.3.3.w while not infected by CruchyShit is pretty much can say is close to “zero”.
As for those mentioned series that from ages ago, many of them aren’t even started yet. I don’t think much people would even care to follow those old series with m.3.3.w at the rate of one episode every 3mth for another few years just to see yours completed if it did even complete at all.
Anyway, thanks for all the good series you had brought us so far, I guess every fansub group would enter this stage sooner or later, from speedsub into reputable sub and finally into non-existence sub, some may get a reform and turn back into a speedsub like the group “gg” is now.
The only things that left for me now with m.3.3.w is only “Rosario + Vampire ~Capu2~” DVD rips, in which I think I can wait long long and check back half a year later to see for any miracle.

It’s a shame that m33w isn’t going to sub Nogizaka Haruka 2. I was really looking forward to that rather than the subs on CR since you guys did a great job on the frist season. Thanks for letting us know anyway.

Well, you know… what can we do? For me, I don’t give a shit what CruchyRoll does. If I knew Japanese better than I do now, I don’t mind TLing Nogizaka. I think that Anime is quite cute. But I still suck at Japanese. If anyone is still interested in the news of Jang Geum’s Dream…
Uh, I’m wicked busy. I’m a faking Electrical Engineer for sake. There’s no such thing as party for me. Not only that, I actually hang around with friends, not online friends. Not to mention I’m in Drill Team/Color Guard. Last but not least, I’m Air Force ROTC. Yes, I know I have to serve 4 years after graduating college. -.-
So what I’m trying to say is, don’t expect too much out of me. Hopefully I can get JGD done before I get shipped into Iraq or wherever the hell they are going to send me. I’m most likely going to be an engineer and translator there. I already talked to one Colonel and he told me I have a high chance of becoming TL for Korean and Japanese. lolwut? Just because I know how to say こんいちわ, Japanese? He said that they have a program to teach me shit there.
I can promise this though, after I learn Japanese fluently and master Korean (I’m still shaky), I’ll TL/TLC for m33w as long as it lives, and I live. Uh, sorry for long shit. I felt like being heard. Bye now.

i am watching mechamote iinchou and its not that bad, i didnt like that 2D in the first episodes, but after that the quality of art gets better… the story is nice, its like any shoujo manga you can find about falling in love, helping friends and so on… i usually watch it when i want to relax… its good show although no one subs it, I have all raws downloaded…

Right? What kills me is the minute I saw the show we planned to sub goes out the window because CruchyShit licenses it, all hell breaks loose and m33w’s dying again. Oh screw the fact we’re slow, we’re just dead. Hah, anyway before I say something out of spite, xess and Mango will be rather busy this fall, even though he wanted to do something, work has been getting in the way. I, on the other hand, just try to finish what I can for shows that are old but still need love too.
Like I said we’re not down, and we’re sure as hell not out. So don’t go QQing when we drop one show and pick something else up later.
I’m sure (no quite positive there will be releases) if it can be helped later this month, if not by November.
And you can take that to the bank.
…But hey shit happens, so we’ll roll with whatever fate brings us. Regardless it’ll get done. So don’t ever give your hopes up.

Seeing Cooking Idol up there, I thought I’d suggest if you could go sub Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzu and/or Yumeiro Patissiere..since nobody would seem to pick it up and CrunchyShit doesn’t seem like they’re going to pick it up either… (but your staff seem to be quite busy so I don’t want to bother. ^^;; )
If I can translate it in Japanese, I would’ve subbed it a long time ago already…or if it’s that easy to find a translator. :'[
