Lately I have been reading “You guys are slow fags, MM! ep 12 is already out qq lol” so I’m giving this update to tell everyone whats going on.

MM! is currently stalled but it should be finished before KnT 2 airs (Which is Jan 4th). It is stalled currently at editing and typesetting. We strive for the highest quality possible as quick as possible. But with the typesetter having finals and the editor just being all around busy they just havent had the time to give it their full attention.

As for Hen Zemi it is finally done and will be released as soon as its encoded. We had to go outside the norm a little bit with it and elected to joint with Doki to finally get it finished. To note Doki did all the TS’ing so give them props for not losing their minds in the typesetting nightmare.

And as previously noted by asagao we are going to be doing Kimi ni Todoke s2 for the new season. And the plan right now is to get it out in 24hrs or less and the staff is fully committed to doing so. Either way though its going to come out as quickly as possible.

Hello, m.3.3.w fan-people, asagao here. Looks like I lied (see this post from a couple weeks ago). Lying is bad, and I realise this, but I hope you’ll forgive me, since, in addition to possibly one other show that we haven’t decided upon yet, we’ll be working on Kimi ni Todoke season 2 (*canned applause and cheering*) for this coming winter season. Seems a lot of people are fairly excited for it, and we (excepting joint projects) haven’t really done what I would consider a “headlining” show since ~Chaos;Head, so I figured we were due, pulled some strings behind the scenes, and here you are. For those wondering about apparent inconsistencies in our philosophy, even though Frostii almost certainly will do a bang-up job, no one wants to wait until 2012, ’cause, like, the world’s going to end before they’re done (we still love you, Frostii <3). Do you want your subs before or after Third Impact?

People seem to have a misconception that we’re a slow subbing group, and I really don’t know where you’d get that from, but rest assured that you’ll see episodes from us on a timely basis. And we’re serious about this. (“orly? yes, rly”) By ‘timely basis,’ we mean about ‘H2O’ or ‘True Tears’ (before it was licensed) speed. Seriously. (Do you guys even remember those shows? If not, re/watch them, they’re good.)

Of note this time around is the fact that we’re borrowing a typesetter, damee, from our friends at Enigma Collective. We do not expect a decrease in quality or speed due to this, so sit down.

Also, I’ve been talking to Korokun about improving the user experience of this site, and after a few nights of heated–

tl;dr – we’re bringing back screencaps for each episode.

That’s about all, folks. We just thought we’d announce now, so all the turd-sub groups (to put it mildly) that pretend like they’re fast, quality subs can just go home. Spread the word.

A lot of people have been asking whats going on since we haven’t done much for a while so here is an update to clear some stuff up.

Hen Zemi right now is stuck at TS since our TS’ers PC is down for the count (Hopefully should be back soon) but let it be known that Hen Zemi has alot of signs so it will still take a bit of time for it to be completed, no one wants shit right?

As for the Eve no Jikan movie it has yet to be TL’ed, but I intend on lashing the TL’er soon as he comes around again.

Other then that we are waiting for a full lineup to select a fall show (maybe two who knows) and when that comes around we will announce here what we are gonna do.

Normally, when we give updates, it’s to say that we’re making progress but you just haven’t seen it yet. I’m here to tell you that Mayoi Neko Overrun has been in the same place for at least 3 weeks. Xess was arrested, charged with possession of child pr0n0graphic materials again, you know, the usual, so he can’t translate right now.

**Working is still in progress, 9 and 10 are hopefully gonna be released tonight, granted that the editor comes around eventually to apply the QC’s**

Finally, regarding Sora no Woto specials. Yeah, I might sub that. Depends on demand.

Otherwise, not a lot is going on with us. Keep waiting, we might release something this year.

For those of you wondering what the fuck is going on this blog post will answer all of your questions.

To start off Working!! as I’m sure most of you know, has been for the most part delayed. It has been delayed for many reasons. Our main Typesetter is/has been busy for the past week. And our other Typesetter has some private issues and isn’t returning (As far as I know). But I can say that our main TS’er is back and is (hopefully) working on the TS work very soon (Once he finishes what he needs to finish first of course). Once the TS is done for 6 and 7 they will promptly be released. Episode 8 is at the Editing stage and will be done soon, and Episode 9 is in the early stages of producing Work raws, etc.

Now Mayoi neko overrun hit a snag with the TS stage, as well as the TLC stage. But it isn’t as nearly as far behind as Working!! is. Episode 5 just needs to be TS’ed, and Episode 6 still needs to be edited (Yes I am looking at you Rika-Chama). Episode 7 is being/will be TLC’ed soon and will move onto the other stages.

Some of you may remember a while back when I announced we were accepting banners for the site. Well since we didn’t get a lot of banners (so far) we will be extending the acceptance of banners until noted otherwise. So send em in!

I need to note as well that we are in dire need of another Typesetter (aka TS’er). Right now we have 1 TS’er doing 2 shows on top of what he does for other groups. So if you are a TS’er, and you think you can be on par (Or better) with the TS’ing in the majority of our shows. Find me on IRC.

We have decided not to do Hatsukoi Limited. This decision was based on the following:
1) J.C.Staff sucks
2) The manga sucks
3) The guys are ugly (m.3.3.w only supports healthy relations between a beautiful man and a beautiful woman)
4) While not technically a typical shitty harem anime, this one has a lot of characters and many interconnected relationships (Like true romancefags, m.3.3.w only supports monogamous relationships between a man and a woman)
5) AniYoshi is doing it (yes I know they’re even slower than us these days, but what can ya do)

So this is what we ended up doing:
xess revealed his true nature by suddenly uploading a script for episode 01 of Hanasakeru Seishounen. After much name calling and yelling, the project was approved and work began soon after. I haven’t watched this gay fabulous show yet, so I can’t comment. You can take a look at the AniDB site here.

Earlier this evening, Mango-chan tells me to edit Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica Crimson S. I’m like, lolwut. I remember watching the original series named Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica, and I remember it sucking. A lot. So I download the raw and determine that it is the same generic fantasy/magic harem bullshit like its predecessor was. For those of you that don’t know, I hate fantasy/magic shows. So after an hour or so of complaining about every single detail about the show, I stop being tsundere and agree to edit. The main female character is voiced by Tomatsu Haruka, who is best known for her work as Nagi in Kannagi, so how could I refuse? This will probably be out tomorrow (later today).

So yeah, I’ll let you guys come up with your own opinions of the show, but I’m not looking forward to this anime season. I wanted to do Cross Game since it’s a baseball anime and it’s so kawaii, but no one else wants to do it. The 1980′s art style will also turn people away. Which is a damn shame because the first episode will make you “KYAA!” and bury your face in your pillow like a faggot teenage girl. Till the end that is. I won’t give it away, but you will be raging like no other. Some new group is subbing it, but I have heard less than stellar reviews.

As for Rosario and Seto…
Seto 21: xess finished translating this a while ago, but asagao has been too busy to do a TLC. So it’s sitting at TLC for the foreseeable future.

Rosario 09 and 10: Both are still stuck at editing (me). I’ve been going on a Korean drama binge lately, so anime and fansubbing have taken a back seat. I will find the motivation to finish these episodes eventually.

It is almost 4:30AM and I really should have gone to sleep hours ago. Good night.

With Easter only a few days away, I’d like to take this opportunity to make a happy announcement. Easter was the day when Jesus came back to life. It is also the time when Waryas returns from the dead. With his godlike powers, he’s made a complete recovery and is alive and well. (truth: He came back from a holiday in Luxembourg)

It seems that his friend and cousin pulled a fast one on us, and we all fell for it. Either way, we’re all relieved that it was merely a joke, although a really distasteful one. Waryas had a lot of fun reading the comments, and was wondering why everyone was asking if he was dead.

Anyways, happy holidays. And I hope you enjoyed this year’s April Fool’s. I wonder what we’ll have next year.

A brief translation is Waryas has succumbed to injuries and passed away from internal hemorrhaging on March 31 2009 after a motorcycle accident while returning from a party on the weekend. Please pass on the news.

I really find this hard to believe, but if it’s true, he will be greatly missed. He’s one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, albeit only through the Internet. He was a proud man, but diligent and strong-willed. If you’ve played Gunz before and used the anti-crash hack, Waryas was the one who coded that. One of his proudest achievements. He’s done a lot for the fansubbing and Gunz community in his short life. He was only 20.

I’m quite lost for words, but for the rest of us, life must go on as it always had. I really do hope he’s playing a joke on us, but I have a feeling that this is real.

Hi guys. It may be April Fool’s, but the following is all serious stuff.

Firstly, we’d like to apologise about our overall inactivity and slowness. I don’t think there’s much we can do about that at the moment.

Since it’s now April, you’re all probably wondering what we’ll be doing this new spring season. Chances are, we’ll be subbing Hatsukoi Limited, which starts airing next Sunday on the 11th. It’s by the same mangaka as the one who did Ichigo 100%. The manga (Hatsukoi Limited) itself is not bad, I think, but hopefully the anime adaptation won’t turn out crap like it did with Ichigo 100%.

And for some serious news. It’s regarding our dear friend, Waryas. If you don’t know who he is, he’s the one who’s been seeding and distributing all m33w releases for like a year. The reason why you can download stuff from us is mostly because of him. I’m quite sure this isn’t a joke, but several days back, Waryas met with a terrible road accident and was injured pretty badly. I’d like to wish him the best. I believe he’s going to retire from fansubbing to concentrate on recovering and other more important things in life. Thank you for all you’ve done for us Waryas.
