Hey, asagao here. I’ll be back (fingers crossed) with m.3.3.w again after a two-season break, hopefully to get subs out to you guys ~~slower than ever~~ at the high quality that you have come to expect from us. I’ve taken a cursory look over next season’s shows, and of course what you guys recommend won’t *really* matter, except in the case of a tie-breaker, and even then probably not, but I’d like to know which shows you are looking forward to for next season.

Shows we will not do:
Kimi ni Todoke S2 (Frostii will hopefully release more than one episode per month)

Projects we have dropped:
Seto no Hanayome (licensed/I don’t care enough about this show to spend 20 hours/episode checking the translation)
Eve no Jikan OVA (not enough translators to go around in this world)

Lastly, I heard some people (one person) ask whether we’re still doing Sora no Woto 13. I’ve heard from a reliable-ish source that it will be released before (either) the (Gregorian or Lunar) New Year. It is currently sitting at edit, so you know whom to complain to.

Saoen:

Right now we are currently looking at doing Onii-chan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne!! (Really long fucking name) and 1 or 2 others. Any input is appreciated. But be warned. If certain shows become over subbed we tend not to touch them, or if they are being done by groups that don’t suck we dont touch them.

As for Sora no woto it is stuck at the editing stage, which I intend on fixing very soon if not now. But for the most part its completed and just waiting for an edit.

Seto no Hanayome – 21

Sorry for the late post. I was eating dinner. Here is episode 21 DVD version of Seto no Hanayome.

Rosario 12 script is about 75% done, although our typesetter is on vacation so I don’t know when that will get done even if I finished the script today.

Hanasakeru 11 script is just about done, but also stuck at typesetting.

I’ll get to editing Jang Geum’s Dream some time this week when I can muster the effort.

So yeah, we are looking for a dedicated translator for episodes 22-26. We have the Japanese manuscripts that the voice actors use for the remaining episode. Here is a sample page from the episode 21 manuscript. If you feel you can help us out, please respond here or contact me on IRC.

Edit: Our other releases (DVD’s 1-5 20, TV 17-19) and [gg]‘s 06-16 are on our archive bot, [m33w]imouto on our IRC channel. If we ever get around to doing DVD versions for the older stuff, we will replace each [gg] episode with a DVD version. We will eventually make a batch torrent for all of this stuff. We will also hopefully get around to doing the OVA’s too.

Seto no Hanayome – 19

I haven’t forgotten about this show. I know in the initial post when I announced this project, I said that I wouldn’t let the project get held up because of typesetting. And guess what held it up for all this time; typesetting. It was sitting at about 50% done, so I just told our typesetter to just give me what he had and I finished off the rest with some very basic stuff where it was necessary for the viewing of the episode. As for episode 20, I’m about 2/3 done with the script, and I will give that to asagao so he can check it with the Japanese script.

Eventually I want to do the DVD version for the entire show, so I think we’ll do episode 20 and on using DVD source.

As for our other stuff, life has been kinda hectic some of us, so we haven’t had much time to devote to fansubbing. The next release will be Ran 18, followed by Chaos;Head 05 or Rosario 05. Fairy is a little further behind, and One Outs has been kinda sitting there since asagao has his midterms right now. That’s all for tonight.
