I know some of you guys were complaining about the boxtorrents tracker. I know, we hate it too. We’ve moved the torrents to a private tracker, so hopefully it works now. Easier than clicking 24 separate torrents.

Special A – 24 Final Episode

After almost 6 long months, we are finally done with Special A. It’s definitely been an enjoyable experience to watch this show get better every episode. In the coming days, we will be announcing our Fall 2008 projects, so look forward to that as well. Nogizaka 11 looks to be the closest episode to release. Hopefully that will be out tomorrow. Itazura 24 soon after. I’ll also update this post with the batch torrent once I have it ready.

Here is episode 22.

Like I promised, here is the m.3.0.w release we were working on. We released Special gAy OP a while back which was just SpiegelEiXXL singing the OP. Since then, 5 other morons decided to sing it (including yours truly). We left Gotou Yuuko as the default track so that you can regret changing the audio track. Please let us know which ones you hate or like the most. All kinds of feedback are appreciated.

Sorry we are so slowking.bmp with this show. There’s nothing we can do while we wait to acquire the raw. FYI, we already have the script for SA 22 ready but the raw probably won’t show up for a few days. We might release the script after some more checking. We would like to avoid that whole Crunchyroll problem that we had earlier (SA is not allowed on CR, but it is on Veoh), so we’ll try to think of something.

xess edit: I think people are misinterpreting what we mean by not having the raw. The raw we use is from the TVO channel. It’s twice as sharp as the one currently available, which is why we take so long to release SA. The TVO channel only airs on Friday, and we won’t have a functioning raw until like Saturday. However, the translations and everything except the typesetting gets done beforehand. Like tun said, the SA 22 script is practically ready.

The episode you all have been waiting for, the exciting Megumi episode! You have to pardon my typesetting as I did it kinda haphazardly. Our typesetters were both on holiday, so I had to do it myself. There were over 20 signs, so I wasn’t going to do them frame by frame to look pretty. So, just ignore the ugliness of the moving signs. Plus, I couldn’t figure out how to squeeze stuff into the small board she holds up at times, so I just placed the TS next to it using ThaEagle’s template.

Anyway, it’s a great episode. Enjoy.

tun edit: If you’re wondering why Megumi’s voice actress sounds so familiar, it’s because she also did Isurugi Noe from True Tears.

This episode is a little larger then the others because we used a better raw for it, and with the better quality raw we had to increase the file size to keep most of the details. Our translation checker for Special A has been busy lately, and that was the main reason for the delays for this show. So please welcome our new TLC for Special A, Clephas. Itazura na Kiss 17 should be out tomorrow. That’s all for now.

Special A – 16

First show to air in the week and the last one to be released. Talk about fail speed. S-A 16 is now the slowest episode we’ve released, I think 10 or 11 days. Either way, it took 3 typesetters to complete this episode. Shouldn’t have even bothered honestly, since everything except the TS was done like nearly a week ago. Anyways, enjoy.
