What’s m33w without a shoujo anime project? This is more of the traditional romance drama that we normally do. I’m sure you fangirls will love this one because Midorikawa Hikaru will be voicing the Earl. And of course, our favouritest seiyuu Mizuki Nana will be playing the fairy doctor. She’s also Kotoko and Moka if you can’t recognise her voice.
British English
We’ll be using British spellings for this series because it’s set in Britain. Please don’t complain about spellings like favourite, recognise, enrol, etc. because they’re correct. Also, British putting punctuation outside quotes is some kinda American urban legend. There’s no such thing. Just go to bbc.co.uk for examples. But, there’s no official body to govern the usage of English or whatever, so people are free to do whatever they want.
Hakushaku to Yousei
Note that Hakushaku to Yousei is the Japanese title. We’ll be naming the files Earl and Fairy, the English equivalent. Please also note that it’s not ‘Count,’ as that’s not a British title. The official pictures on the website also have Earl and Fairy used as the logo.
Both XviD and h264 versions are about 170MB and Standard Resolution.

I don’t think anyone would really care on which kinds of english was used as long as it was proper enlish. But you guys are really amazing, I could feel the devotion & quality toward this series for one to actually choose a language style based on the plots setting. Many speedsub can’t even uses proper grammars in their subs, and in most cases, are poorly timed (the most annoying issues), don’t even need to mention about bonus eye-candy like Karaoke and such, especially something like in chaos;head, I was shock to see the english subs nicely inserted into the chatbox as though as it was part of the shows. I’m really appreciate the efforts and quality from yours releases.

Thank you for Earl and Fairy. (I’m going to use the English name because it’s much easier for me to type.) I’m impressed you’re going the British spelling route to add to the flavor of the show. And I’m happy to see that you chose “Earl” instead of the more-common translation “Count”. You’re absolutely correct, of course. And just in case anyone gives you grief over the word, point them in the direction of this page on the official site which clearly shows (albeit in tiny thumbnail pictures) that the official translation is “Earl and Fairy”.

I wasn’t brought up on British English so I’m not really sure if a double negative (people who can’t see fairies never will @ 2:10) is even applicable. Milord was misspelled @ 13:56. If spelling’s supposed to be British, why was descendent only used once? I’m grateful for your hard work in subbing & I understand that there will be times when inconsistencies can unintentionally fall through the cracks so I’d normally try to fix it on my own without bothering you guys, but for some odd reason mkvmerge won’t let me merge the edited sub file like I usually do with Earl & Fairy. Is there something different w/ the way Earl & Fairy’s been made into mkv compared to your older releases?

I can’t see what’s wrong with “people who can’t see fairies never will @ 2:10.” It’s certainly not a double negative. It infers the meaning, if you can’t see them now, you never will. Perhaps missing a comma?

The descendent thing is perhaps an editing error. However, BOTH spellings are acceptable in British spellings, so it bypasses the spell checker.
And, I don’t know about the mkvmerge problem. I’m sure nothing has changed.
