Hey guys, tun here with another update. I just finished my last final for the semester and I’ll be going home tomorrow (thank god). I’m sorry for the lack of updates; the 40 comments on the Itazura 06 post is evidence of that.
As for Special A, the raws are really bad now that we’ve lost YS2’s cap (not that his caps were that great either, but they were still much better than the other ones). I think we’re gonna have to depend on Saiyaman’s raws since his caps are the best available now. The only problem with that is he doesn’t release on a consistent schedule, so that’s gonna cause some delays in terms of releasing. Saiyaman also sometimes misses an episode or two on some of the series that he encodes, so it’s gonna be hit or miss really.
The typesetting for Special A is ready, but the script has been stuck at translation check @ Fighter747 for the past few days. He finished his finals a while ago so he has no excuse. Make sure to go on IRC and annoy him into doing his work. 😉 As for a release date, I can’t really make any promises since I don’t know Fighter’s schedule. Whenever he gets around to it, you can probably expect it the next day since I should be able to edit it relatively quickly. Also, if we can finish Itazura quickly, we might just do a dual release of both Special A 06 and Itazura 07. We’ll see. 🙂
Itazura 07 airs today, and I’m expecting some big developments in this episode, so look forward to it. We should be back on our normal (fast) release cycle until early to mid June when asa has his final exams. That’s it for me today; I gotta start packing up to go home.

As for the special “developments,” I’m so psyched. It’s got to be “that” scene obviously since the preview for the episode seemed as if they added extra details to Kotoko and Naoki’s face when they were in the alley. I may be wrong though.

Thanks for scanlating not one, but TWO of the current season’s great Shojou anime shows!
I really hope you find some way to get regular raws for Special A, that series is darn cool. =D

Now it’s very hard to find the raw.I spend 30 minutes before finding Special A EP6 raw.But the quality is a bit crappy.I wonder how good the quality of the next episode will be.

Err, I would like to kindly ask everyone to not expect to much from the video quality of S-A 06. There’s only so much that can be done to clean up a bad raw.
Also, we’re not a manga group, so we’re not actually scanlating anything. But regarding that, neither S-A nor itakiss have been fully scanlated. Only the first few volumes have been.

Special A 6 and itakiss 7 have terrible raws. These new raws are going to be worse than those earthquake warnings =/
Hopefully a new capper will begin releasing raws of atleast half decent quality.

For itakiss actually the same capper as we normally used, has capped it, so the quality is the same. but for itakiss there are several raws available, only not the YS2 ones anymore (which we used for eps 01-03 of itakiss).
And yeah the S-A06 RAW quality was bad. Even the Saiyaman encode was worse then a few weeks back. (probably other source for encoding)
