We have decided not to do Hatsukoi Limited. This decision was based on the following:
1) J.C.Staff sucks
2) The manga sucks
3) The guys are ugly (m.3.3.w only supports healthy relations between a beautiful man and a beautiful woman)
4) While not technically a typical shitty harem anime, this one has a lot of characters and many interconnected relationships (Like true romancefags, m.3.3.w only supports monogamous relationships between a man and a woman)
5) AniYoshi is doing it (yes I know they’re even slower than us these days, but what can ya do)

So this is what we ended up doing:
xess revealed his true nature by suddenly uploading a script for episode 01 of Hanasakeru Seishounen. After much name calling and yelling, the project was approved and work began soon after. I haven’t watched this gay fabulous show yet, so I can’t comment. You can take a look at the AniDB site here.

Earlier this evening, Mango-chan tells me to edit Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica Crimson S. I’m like, lolwut. I remember watching the original series named Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica, and I remember it sucking. A lot. So I download the raw and determine that it is the same generic fantasy/magic harem bullshit like its predecessor was. For those of you that don’t know, I hate fantasy/magic shows. So after an hour or so of complaining about every single detail about the show, I stop being tsundere and agree to edit. The main female character is voiced by Tomatsu Haruka, who is best known for her work as Nagi in Kannagi, so how could I refuse? This will probably be out tomorrow (later today).

So yeah, I’ll let you guys come up with your own opinions of the show, but I’m not looking forward to this anime season. I wanted to do Cross Game since it’s a baseball anime and it’s so kawaii, but no one else wants to do it. The 1980’s art style will also turn people away. Which is a damn shame because the first episode will make you “KYAA!” and bury your face in your pillow like a faggot teenage girl. Till the end that is. I won’t give it away, but you will be raging like no other. Some new group is subbing it, but I have heard less than stellar reviews.

As for Rosario and Seto…
Seto 21: xess finished translating this a while ago, but asagao has been too busy to do a TLC. So it’s sitting at TLC for the foreseeable future.

Rosario 09 and 10: Both are still stuck at editing (me). I’ve been going on a Korean drama binge lately, so anime and fansubbing have taken a back seat. I will find the motivation to finish these episodes eventually.

It is almost 4:30AM and I really should have gone to sleep hours ago. Good night.

With Easter only a few days away, I’d like to take this opportunity to make a happy announcement. Easter was the day when Jesus came back to life. It is also the time when Waryas returns from the dead. With his godlike powers, he’s made a complete recovery and is alive and well. (truth: He came back from a holiday in Luxembourg)

It seems that his friend and cousin pulled a fast one on us, and we all fell for it. Either way, we’re all relieved that it was merely a joke, although a really distasteful one. Waryas had a lot of fun reading the comments, and was wondering why everyone was asking if he was dead.

Anyways, happy holidays. And I hope you enjoyed this year’s April Fool’s. I wonder what we’ll have next year.

A brief translation is Waryas has succumbed to injuries and passed away from internal hemorrhaging on March 31 2009 after a motorcycle accident while returning from a party on the weekend. Please pass on the news.

I really find this hard to believe, but if it’s true, he will be greatly missed. He’s one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, albeit only through the Internet. He was a proud man, but diligent and strong-willed. If you’ve played Gunz before and used the anti-crash hack, Waryas was the one who coded that. One of his proudest achievements. He’s done a lot for the fansubbing and Gunz community in his short life. He was only 20.

I’m quite lost for words, but for the rest of us, life must go on as it always had. I really do hope he’s playing a joke on us, but I have a feeling that this is real.

Hi guys. It may be April Fool’s, but the following is all serious stuff.

Firstly, we’d like to apologise about our overall inactivity and slowness. I don’t think there’s much we can do about that at the moment.

Since it’s now April, you’re all probably wondering what we’ll be doing this new spring season. Chances are, we’ll be subbing Hatsukoi Limited, which starts airing next Sunday on the 11th. It’s by the same mangaka as the one who did Ichigo 100%. The manga (Hatsukoi Limited) itself is not bad, I think, but hopefully the anime adaptation won’t turn out crap like it did with Ichigo 100%.

And for some serious news. It’s regarding our dear friend, Waryas. If you don’t know who he is, he’s the one who’s been seeding and distributing all m33w releases for like a year. The reason why you can download stuff from us is mostly because of him. I’m quite sure this isn’t a joke, but several days back, Waryas met with a terrible road accident and was injured pretty badly. I’d like to wish him the best. I believe he’s going to retire from fansubbing to concentrate on recovering and other more important things in life. Thank you for all you’ve done for us Waryas.

Some kinda worm managed to crawl its way into this site. We managed to clear it temporarily, but we’re not sure what kinda damage it may have done.

Anyway, Munto 04 will be ready in a few days. We’re sorry for the delay as the normal translator was busy, so we had our cbox whore asagao do the translation for this week. Other than that, I was also moving and such, which caused even more delays. There are no other updates for other shows. That’s all for now.

The transport stream showed up very early this weekend so we were able to hammer this out over the past 2 days. Things are starting to heat up as the pieces of the puzzle start to fall into place. For the Yua fans like me, this episode has a delicious surprise in store.

I forgot to include a TL note. At 6:28, the line says “Even Iwazaru would say so.” Iwazaru is one of the three wise monkeys. Iwazaru in particular is the monkey who “speaks no evil”. So Momo-chan is trying to say that even Iwazaru, who would never say anything, would say something about it. I wanted to include an actual TL note in the episode, but everyone else didn’t want to. As the editor, I should have overridden them and put it in anyway. Please excuse this failure of mine. orz

Also note our respelling for Gurajiouru to Gradiale. The romanization for it was only revealed in episode 9. Secondly, for the Shinkou Company, note that shinkou means divine light. Please note the relation.

I’d also like to take this time to make an announcement about our next season plans.

Winter at m.3.3.w
We’re going to pick up Sora wo Miageru Shoujo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai(such a long title), or more commonly known as Munto.

This was originally a 2 episode OVA released by KyoAni in 2003 and 2005. A third sequel was supposed to be released, but they never did it. Then suddenly, a TV Anime was announced. Some of our staff were really happy and decided that we were going to sub this. So yeah.

Some of you might ask, “Hey, what about other shows?” To be honest, we have learned a lot from this season. One of the lessons is to not pick up more than we can handle. So I don’t think we’re ever going to pick up more than two shows in the future. We might be picking up another show, but it hasn’t been decided yet. In addition to this, you can also expect a slight speed increase from us after finishing off 4 shows this season and some change of plans/schedules.

Sorry about the lack of updates recently. A couple of us have been very busy the past few days. We also had a situation with the raws not showing up until recently. That caused most of the delay on most of our shows. Rosario 04 should be the next release, followed by Earl and Fairy 04. I don’t have any estimates on Telepathy Shoujo Ran 18 or One Outs 02.

I’m happy to announce that we will be picking up One Outs. I’m a big baseball fan so I was hoping that Triad would have picked this series up by now. Unfortunately, it looks like they’re aren’t, so we decided to pick it up as a side project. I assume most people in fansubbing aren’t familiar with baseball at all, so this show deserves to have someone who actually knows the subject matter.

Now let me make a few things clear to you since this is a side project.

• There is no timeline for releases. We will release whenever we have time to work on the show. Our other weekly shows have priority.
• We will make no promise to finish the series. That’s not to say that we don’t plan on doing it completely, but if it becomes too much of a burden, we will let you know that we’re dropping it. We’re not gonna suddenly stop releasing and keep you guys wondering.

Anyway, expect to see episode 1 in the upcoming few days. I don’t know if we’ll do the karaoke. The OP is in English, and the ED is a bit hard to hear. We might just wait for the official lyrics. I guess you’ll find out when we release episode 1.

As for our other shows…

• Rosario 03 – We’re really slowpoking this one. The replacement translator was a lazy bum and didn’t finish it until two days ago. Now we’re just waiting on the translation checker to finish his work. I’m hoping it’s out by the weekend. Episode 04 will go back to the old system of two translators since they aren’t lazy.
• Chaos;Head 03 – Airs today and we’ll get started ASAP. This is our highest priority show of the season.
• Earl and Fairy 03 – This one is at editing. I’m also hoping for a weekend release.
• Telepathy Shoujo Ran 17 – Currently in translation stage.

Just to make sure that you all know what we’re doing this season, I’d like to officially announce Rosario + Vampire Capu2, which is a joint project with Ayako, just like we did for season 1. I guess you could call this obligatory subs. We don’t do stuff halfway, so we gathered a few unwilling slaves from season 1 to work on Capu2.

I don’t know why Rosario + Vampire is so incredibly popular, but I guess pink haired vampires with big tits has a bit to do with it. Well, here’s some screenshots of episode one. Enjoy.
