Sorry to disappoint you guys, but the anime adaptation from a visual novel I was talking about wasn’t Clannad, nor Da Capo II, nor Kimikiss. But, it’s Myself; Yourself. Actually, the game isn’t even out yet, but the anime is already here strangely. I actually gave a hint of what we’re going to do since Myself; Yourself was already on the project page.
Another interesting piece of trivia is that Myself; Yourself is on the exact same time slot as School Days; TV Kanagawa Wed 2am Japan Time. We’re a day late because we spent some time doing the karaoke. Well, somewhat. The karaoke doesn’t have any effects.
Since the anime came out even before the game, the story should be quite promising. Though I really don’t expect it to turn out anything like School Days. The main character, Sana, looks like quite a nice guy. I hope you all enjoy it.
As usual, it’s encoded in Xvid with mp3 audio.
A higher quality h.264 version is being encoded right now. However, it takes like a third of the day, so that has to wait a bit.

Problems with the torrent?
The semi colon ‘;’ in the filename can cause problems. Simply remove the semi colon from the filename and it should run fine.

Is it just me or is there a problem with the tracker or something? Azureus is giving me an error saying that it “Failed to access torrent file~ Ensure sufficient temp file space available”. I have more than enough space required. I even tried saving the torrent file to my DL location (like w/ another another fansub’s quirky requirement), but it’s no use. School Days didn’t give me this problem. (I just tried with ep 12 & it was fine.)
Sure you can say that the main guy Sana is good for now, but make sure he doesn’t have sex with any of the girls or else he’ll turn into a jerk like Makoto. LOL He might turn sex into Pringles: “You can’t stop with just 1”. ROTFL Man, I already miss the drama:(

As it turns out, a good choice – the first episode far outshone D.C. II and it may eclipse Clannad as well. A promising start.
One episode in and I’m already hoping for the Nice Boat ending for Nanaka – she really has it coming. Spoiled by School Days, I guess.

p.s. school days ep12 sucks, they can finish that with the manga ending, just like any normal visual novel, but no they don’t…

Not only did I need to remove the semicolon, but I also had to take out the .avi @ the end because it was being taken as an avi file & not a torrent one. Thanks for the help.
I was gonna re-watch Potemayo just to cleanse my palate because I really wanted to go on a diet from anime that had game tie-ins with the genre drama, romance, high school life & harem. I didn’t realize that until now, since I’ve watched Air, Kanon, Sola, & Kimi ga Nozomu Eien just before School Days ended. KGNE should come with a surgeon general’s warning: “Not for the weak @ heart, or will need heart medication afterwards” LOL Hopefully, this doesn’t suck me back in again. Although to be technical, this doesn’t officially come out as a game ’til Dec so that’s my excuse if it does:)
Before somebody makes fun of me watching Potemayo, wouldn’t it have been a better ending if Guchuko used her scythe instead of the cleaver?! LOL She would’ve just duct taped the head back on & everything would’ve been peachy:)
For those looking for Clannad, so far there are only 2 fansub releases: Philanthropy & Sprocket. Everybody seems to rag on Philanthropy so I’m guessing Sprocket’s better?! Could someone compare those two? Both of them are at http://www.fansub.tv & http://www.tokyotosho.com.

I just found out that SS-Eclipse just released ep 1 of Clannad so I guess my decision is done. They do a very good job on Hayate so I’m sticking with them.

Thx alot m.3.3.w staffs… i enjoyed this first epi of “myself,yourself”. I prefer watching this type of anime rather than those actions. Keep it up, i will support your anime every now and then =D
